We are offering this lightweight fabric in minimum 14.25 inch X 1.5 yard (36.2cm X 1.37m) long pieces of light weight deadstock cotton (new but unsold stock) estimated from the 1970's; This is a black fabric with white designs of cherry draping cherry blossom branches and blossoms, accompanied by falling cherry blossoms; this is a distinctive and interpretive type cherry blossom motif, evoking the time of cherry blossom season when the blossoms begin to fall. This is a cotton originally was intended to be used to make a kimono ; Fabric is strong, like new, still firm; colors have not faded, looks as if it was made yesterday. Nice quality cotton. Recommended for quilters or any variety of creative applications.
