This is a 1960's light-weight deadstock silk blend -- mostly silk with some synthetics;(deadstock means new but unsold stock from earlier time); It appears as if the fabric was manufactured to a point and then the final layers (of designs in the white floral & branch shapes, etc.) were not added for whatever reason; Great for our textile artists in that there are white areas free of designs -- ideal for fabric art. Fabric still strong, like new, some drape. Condition: EXCELLENT, Like new.
