Fabric Description: This delicate 1930s-1950s silk is a very lightweight, sheer, gauze-like translucent kimono fabric with a background color of purple with embroidered designs koi fish and a willow tree with the moon; Most likely this was for making a summer garment, or even a transom cloth, due to its sheer nature; design elements are in beige, peach brown and gold colors; largest element (koi fish) is 9 inches / 22.86 cm long.

Colors: Please use our text color descriptions to complement your sense of the fabric due to differences in contrast and color on different devices.
