Found this in roll, from a deconstructed kasuri kimono, based on sizes, estimated from 1960s or earlier.
Fabric Type: Kasuri (ikat) Fabric is lightweight, slightly translucent, a mottled gray with hints of dark blue solid background; designs are rhombic figures (4-sided diamond shapes, average sizes 2 to 2.5 inches -- 5.08cm to 6.4cm) at widest points; These diamond shapes are in pairs, aligned diagonally and randomly placed; Design colors are black, pale aqua-blue, red, dark-red, and mustard-yellow (see closeups); same on both sides.

This is a Japanese country vintage fabric called kasuri (also called ikat in Southeast Asia) ; Kasuri is a labor-intensive process where patterns are made by pre-dyed paste resistance and varying techniques used to create the sorts of patterns seen here.
